Directions:

From the North:   Take I-35 south to Exit 245 for FM-734/Parmer Ln/Yager Ln.  Turn right onto W. Parmer Lane/FM-734, go 0.2 miles, and take first left at the light onto N. Lamar Blvd/TX-275.  Go 0.6 miles on Lamar and turn right into the park onto Walnut Creek Park Rd.  Follow the park road about 0.4 miles to parking.

From the South by I-35:  Take I-35 north to Exit 245 for FM-734/ParmerLn.  Turn left onto W. Parmer Lane/FM-734, go 0.3 miles, and turn left at the second light onto N. Lamar Blvd/TX-275.  Go 0.6 miles on Lamar and turn right into the park onto Walnut Creek Park Rd.  Follow the park road about 0.4 miles to parking.

From the South by MOPAC/Highway 1:  Take Mopac North to FM-734/Parmer Lane exit (last free exit before it becomes a tollway).  Turn right onto Parmer Lane and go 1.7 miles to N. Lamar Blvd/TxX-275.  Turn right onto Lamar and then turn right into the park onto Walnut Creek Park Rd.  Follow the park road about 0.4 miles to parking.  (You can also enter the park by turning right onto Willow Wild Dr. and following it into the park, but this is a small residential road and easy to miss.)

Parking:  The park gates normally open at noon, but will be opened at 9am for us.  Continue down the road to the bottom of the hill and just after you cross the stream there is a gravel parking area on the left for cars.  There is limited parking, so please carpool and park as close to the neighboring vehicle as reasonably possible.  There are a couple parking areas further down the road once this lot fills up and we will direct you there after the lot fills up.  Buses should continue down the road, turn around and then park alongside the road parallel to the road or as designated by someone directing parking.

Miscellaneous Park Info.:  Park hours are from 8am- 10pm.  This park has a large number of mountain bikers, so stay aware of them when you are running the course.  This is also a dog friendly park and people frequently walk/run their dogs through the park. There is a burn ban so no fires of any kind are allowed. Also no alcohol, glass, or styrofoam is allowed and we cannot put stakes into the ground to tie down objects.  Please do not litter and dispose of all trash properly.
